Wesin started in the 1980s as a fabric and garment accessories supplier and trader, catering to the needs of the garment industry in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
In the early 2000s, we expanded our operations and ventured into apparel manufacturing in China, specifically in Fujian, Xiamen. This move allowed us to further specialize in the production of fashion apparels, ranging from knitted garments to woven pieces.
With the expanded operations in China, Wesin’s supply chain encompassed the sourcing and procurement of fabrics and garment accessories. We ensured a reliable and efficient supply of materials required for the whole apparel manufacturing process. Additionally, Wesin invested in design and development capabilities, creating new apparel pieces and sewing techniques to cater to the evolving fashion market.
In 2010, Wesin seized an opportunity to enter the promotional products and premiums industry. This industry involves creating customized items that serve as promotional giveaways or premiums for commercial and social marketing purposes. We utilized our knowledge and expertise in manufacturing to meet the unique requirements of this industry. We worked closely with customers to understand their specific needs and themes, designing, and producing promotional products tailored to their branding and marketing objectives.
By diversifying into the promotional products and premiums industry, Wesin expanded its offerings beyond fashion apparels, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to cater to different markets and customer demands.
